Vegetarian

chef annie owned a stall at Maha Bodhi sch somewhere near ubi, selling vegetarian food, and me is 1 of her loyal customer.
Before she started this vegetarian stall, she sold chicken rice at yishun.. so that how her cooking skill came from. The fried vege chicken really taste like the real chicken, her rice is drier and not too oily.
This is her famous prawn mee, as the costs of vege prawn is too expensive to sell at a primary school, so she decided to change it to ham, but that still didn't affect her business. I personally like ham noodle more than prawn noodle.
